BROADBENCH / 2026 ANALYSIS

Why are leads dropping out?

A single consistent scope for the reasons, partner patterns and commercial scenario: 494 leads across 25 partner attributions, with the requested attribution excluded from every figure.

YOUR ASSUMPTIONS

What it cost to buy the included leads, and what gross sales value the current drop-outs might represent if they had converted at the assumed rate. Adjust the figures below.

These are your illustrative inputs, not verified invoices or realized sales.

Cost to buy all included leads
£49,400

494 leads × £100 each

All-lead modeled gross sales value
£222,300

494 leads × 30% × £1,500

SPEND ON CURRENT DOOP LEADS · INCLUDED ABOVE
£13,400

134 × £100 is part of the £49,400 acquisition spend, not an extra expense. All-lead modeled gross value less lead spend is £172,900 before other costs; it is not profit.

The £60,300 is a counterfactual, not booked revenue or a proven loss: it applies the same 30% conversion assumption to the 134 currently dropped-out leads. It is already part of the £222,300 all-lead model and must not be added to it. Actual conversions, recoverability, commissions, servicing and other costs are unknown.

THE PATTERN

Month by month

CREATED MONTH

How many included leads arrived each month and how many are now dropped out.

Leads received Currently DOOP

Recent cohorts have had less time to reach a final outcome. This is observed current status, not a final conversion rate.

What the DOOP Notes reveal

AGGREGATE THEMATIC REVIEW

Each included dropped-out lead has a DOOP Note, but a populated note is not always an explanation. Themes are interpreted from redacted notes and are not additional Salesforce picklist values.

Underlying booking blockers

THE KEY DISTINCTION

A booked-out prospect is not the same as an unreachable one.

The intervention should reflect the actual recorded reason and the partner's pattern.

05 / THE EVIDENCE

How to read this

01

One filtered population

A single requested attribution is excluded from every displayed metric, chart, note theme, partner list and commercial scenario. The snapshot covers Leads created 1 January–30 September 2026; deleted leads are excluded.

02

A frozen status snapshot

“Dropped Out of Process” is a current Lead status, not a historical funnel. A later live Salesforce check showed one additional included DOOP after this extract; all figures here intentionally stay on the earlier, internally consistent snapshot. Newer cohorts are less mature.

03

Scenario ≠ realized loss

Gross revenue at risk applies the assumed conversion rate to current DOOPs; acquisition spend applies the assumed unit cost to all included leads. Neither is a confirmed invoice, sale, profit or recoverable loss.

04

Notes and speed limitations

Notes themes were classified after redaction. Recent filtered note-quality subcounts were not independently verified, so they are not estimated. Exact first-contact time remains unmeasured.
